Accounts and invites

Your patterns are saved to your account, so you must sign in before you can use the editor.

Creating an account

FlossForge is open by invitation while it is new. An invite is a code such as 6DHJ-JM95-H3S2, or a link that carries the code for you. On the sign-in page choose Create account, enter your email address, a password of at least eight characters, and the code. Each code works once, and some are tied to the address they were sent to.

If you would like an invite, write to hello@flossforge.com and say a little about what you stitch.

Signing in

Enter your email address and password. You stay signed in on that browser for a month from your last visit, and signing out is in the menu under your avatar at the top right.

Forgetting your password

Click "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and a one-time link arrives that lets you choose a new password. The link works for one hour. Using it signs every other device out.

Your profile

The account page, reached from the avatar menu, holds a display name, a website and an avatar picture, and is where you change your password. Changing it signs out every other device you were signed in on.
